1. Payment Confirmation

• All registrations are considered valid once full payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation receipt has been issued by T-Rex Bengaluru.

• Please ensure all details are submitted during the registration process ( UPI ID, transaction reference,  payment confirmation screenshot etc.) and are accurate.

2. Registration & Auction Fees

• Non-Refundability:

  Players cannot switch teams post auction. The players not willing to play for a franchise for any reason shall forfeit his registration fees and not be part of another franchise as a player.

• Auction Participation: Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee selection by a team in the auction. It only guarantees your entry into the player pool.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be initiated if a player remains unsold in auction, tournament is canceled by the T-Rex Bengaluru / OC.

• In the event of a technical "double-payment" (where the user is charged twice for a single registration), the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days upon verification. Please share relevant details to trexcricketclub@gmail.com

4. Transaction Security

• T-Rex Bengaluru / OC is not responsible for any technical issues, bank declines, or fraudulent activity occurring on the user's end during the payment process.
